1. Two Party and Event Booking Forms Available for your Ease of Use, Form one is for Booking with DIY Decor and Form two is for Booking with Decor Services.  

2. We review your answers and send you back a quote or proposal with agreement and payment options by email. Please check spam. We will also text a notification it has been sent.  

 

*For Decor Services: Full Mockups provided after retainer fee paid

3. If you’re happy with your quote or proposal, you accept, sign the agreement, and pay the deposit. 

 

 

4. We will contact you to confirm your booking.

Retainer Policy: 

We require 50% payment at the time of booking, with the other 50% due the day of the event. Some charges will be billed the day of the event, such as if you extend hours of the event or you hire us to set-up your supplied decor and it takes longer than the time quoted for.

Refund Policy: 

No Refund on Cancellations with less than 15 days notice. If you cancel with more than 15 days notice, we will refund 25% of payments made.
