*Payment Plans:

While you make your payments we will be hard at work creating your unique Sphere. By the time you complete your final payment we will be at the point in the process of creation where we send photos or videos for you to approve of. If you’re not happy with the piece of art as is, we will make another one and continue to do so until you’re happy! We will not ship it until you approve it.

*Refund Policy:

We will refund only in case of non-delivery as we make every effort to ensure you love the piece of art before shipping to you.

*Using your Materials:

If you would like for us to use something special or unique of yours in the sphere, depending on what it is, we can do that. After discussing and approving of the item, you would need to ship it to us so we can incorporate it into the sphere. Some items that have been used are: dried flowers from weddings & events etc, rings, photos, ashes, fabric, gems, jewels, notes, figurines, keepsakes, handkerchiefs, pieces of clothing etc
