Throwing a party at home, at work, or on the go? Our Party Pick-Ups make it easy to grab something fun, fabulous, and photo-ready! Simply schedule your preferred pick-up time and choose from our adorable and one-of-a-kind options — including Balloon Clouds, Balloon Bunches, Snack Boxes, Rainbow of Roses, and Balloon Stacks.

Where do I pick up my order?
All pick-ups happen at The Coolest Place — 4508 Unit H AZ-95, Fort Mohave, Arizona.
Can I change my pick-up time?
Yes, with 24 hours notice, you can reschedule your pick-up time.
No cancellations allowed within 2 weeks of your scheduled date.
What’s the cancellation policy?
No cancellations or refunds on PARTY PICK-UPS unless you cancel at least 2 weeks in advance.
Color changes must be submitted within 72 hours of placing your order
Orders are custom and made to fit your request, so we do not offer last-minute changes
What is the order deadline?
Each item has its own required notice:
Most Party Pick-Up items: 3 weeks minimum
Snack Boxes: 2 weeks minimum
(If your date is closer, message us to check for emergency openings — fees may apply.)
Do you deliver?
No. All items are for pick-up only.
What’s included with my order?
Each Party Pick-Up includes:
Pre-prepped balloon décor, roses, or treats
Instructions for installation (for clouds, bunches, and Rainbow of Roses)
Any tools or items needed for simple, DIY setup
Can I talk to someone if I need help?

When do I pay?
All pick-up items must be paid in full at checkout to begin your custom prep.
Can I order custom colors or extras?
We offer a few themed color choices per item. Custom ideas are welcome — just send a message and we’ll let you know what’s possible!
