FAQ

  1. Retainer Policy: Our standard retainer policy is a 50% payment of balance due at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due the day of the event. 
  2. Refund Policy: Our standard cancellation refund policy is we will refund 25% of monies paid to us if you give more than 15 days notice of your cancellation. 
  3. Will you create a mockup for approval when hired for decor services? Yes, typically we do create a mockup proposal for you with multiple options when you hire us for the base, premium or custom decor packages. 
  4. Can We Bring Food?
    Yes you can bring food as part of your party rental, however if you  bring a professional caterer, food truck or food cart, we will add a fee. 
  5. Can We Bring Music/DJ/Speakers?
    Yes, you can bring professional music entertainment services. There is a fee. We also need to know before booking so we can be sure there is enough time available.
  6. Are Tables and Chairs Included with the Rental? Yes, the tables and chairs are counted in your rental fee. They come without table covers though both plastic and linen are available for add-ons.
  7. What Is The Rental Fee?
    Our fee varies based on Individual Party factors, so we need more information to give accurate pricing. We treat each event exactly as it is meant to be treated: as a special moment in the lives of people that deserve to have care and attention given to them.
