1. You fill in our quote form to request your party date, time and decor preferences.
2. We review your form and send you back a quote or proposal with agreement and payment options.

3. If you’re happy with your quote or proposal, you accept, sign the agreement, and pay the deposit.

Retainer Policy:
We require 50% payment at the time of booking, with the other 50% due the day of the event. Some charges will be billed the day of the event, such as if you extend hours of the event or you hire us to set-up your supplied decor and it takes longer than the time quoted for.
Refund Policy:
No Refund on Cancellations with less than 15 days notice. If you cancel with more than 15 days notice, we will refund 25% of payments made.
