At The Coolest Place®, our goal is simple: give families a cozy, fun, and stress-free space to celebrate any occasion. Whether it’s a birthday party, baby shower, graduation, or just a much-needed family hangout, we’re here to help you enjoy the moment—without all the pressure of prepping your house, hosting everyone in your living room, or spending your whole event running around.
Booking your event is easier than ever. Here’s exactly how it works:
Step 1: Choose Your Party Package
Start by selecting the experience that best fits your vision. We offer three ColorCore Celebration packages—Essentials, Premium, and Platinum—each with their own themed décor, perks, and included guests. Want to handle your own decorations? Go with our DIY Party. Want something uniquely yours? Our Custom Event form lets you submit your budget and details so we can create a personalized plan just for you.
Step 2: Count & Boosts
Next, you’ll tell us how many guests you’re inviting beyond what your package includes, and choose any add-ons you’d like to enhance your event. Think: balloon upgrades, entryway décor, pillar displays, or party-specific themes like baby showers or character tie-ins. This is where the fun really builds.
Step 3: Select Your Date & Time
Use our interactive calendar to reserve the exact time you want. You’ll see available slots, can select how long you’d like the event to be (based on your package and extras), and know you’re securing a space that works for you.
Step 4: Enter Your Party Info
Add in the event details, guest of honor’s name and age, and your contact information so we can finalize your setup and stay in touch with you along the way.
Step 5: Confirm with Deposit
To lock everything in, just submit your 50% retainer payment. Your date, time, and details will be saved and your final balance won’t be due until 24 hours before your event.
